2024 highlights:

• CVI ended the year with AUM of EUR 874 million, being the clear leader among Central European private debt managers. In 2024, CVI deployed EUR 215 million in 44 transactions across the region, bringing the total investments since inception to EUR 3 billion.
• Our first institutional fund (“CVI Fund I”, 2021 vintage) achieved full deployment in the first quarter of 2024. In total, the Fund made 44 investments worth EUR 158 million, 7 of which were already repaid.
• We have made significant progress with fundraising for our second institutional fund (“CVI Fund II”, 2024 vintage) and we maintain our target of EUR 300-400 million for the final close. The investment strategy is very similar to CVI Fund I.
• CVI ranked first in DACH & Poland and fifth in Europe in Octus’ (formerly Reorg) Direct Lender Rankings for 12 months of 2024.

Ready for 2025:

• In 2025 CVI aims to deploy EUR 400 – 500 million in private debt transactions in a diverse set of industries, predominantly across Central Europe.
• CVI offers tailor-made private debt financing solutions for up to EUR 25 million per transaction. We can provide structures based on commitments. Larger tickets are also possible with our co-investment partners.
