Successful fundraisings with more than EUR 480 million of new capital in both institutional and evergreen strategies

CVI Fund II

The fundraising process for CVI Fund II is close to being completed. A diverse group of institutional investors (including also pension funds, fund of funds and banks), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals committed close to EUR 254 million to date with the final closing expected in early 2026. CVI Fund II is Article 8 compliant, promoting both environmental and social factors underpinned by strong governance principles. Our commitment to a rapid investment pace has resulted in 21 completed investments to date totaling EUR 121 million.

The fund’s strategy closely mirrors that of Fund I, focusing predominantly on senior secured debt with a smaller junior debt allocation, with all projects demonstrating strong cash flow generation capabilities. Similarly to CVI Fund I, Fund II will be characterized by flexible investment approach, aimed at deployment of capital across a broad and diversified range of industries. We actively seek opportunities where strong fundamentals, resilient business models, and attractive risk-adjusted returns intersect.

Our investment scope spans multiple sectors, including TMT, healthcare, transportation, green energy, and business services. We also have deep experience in financing real estate development, financial services sector, consumer goods, and industrial production. In each case, we tailor our capital solutions to the specific needs of the businesses, taking into account industry dynamics. This broad-based, generalist approach is a core strength of our investment philosophy and a key driver of consistent performance.

CVI Growth Fund

In addition to the ongoing fundraising for CVI Fund II, we have started a new fund with the size close to EUR 100 million.  The fund will provide senior and junior debt financing on the Polish market, focusing on two key investment themes:

  • Sustainability – the fund will support companies that implement projects designed to either reduce environmental impact or implement initiatives for a more sustainable environment
  • Innovation / Digitalization – the fund will support companies that implement innovative technologies and/or digitalize their businesses

CVI evergreen funds

In 2025 we also recorded significant net inflows to our evergreen funds of more than EUR 130 million. Our evergreen strategies focus on private debt financings across real estate, financial services sector and corporate financings in variety of sectors.
