Investment Analyst
CVI, the leading private debt investor in Central Europe with AuM close EUR 1.2 billion, is looking for an Investment Analyst who will strengthen its investment team.
The person will participate in whole investment process including i.a. deal screening, transaction preparation and execution, monitoring of portfolio companies and supporting the fundraising process. The role will provide opportunity to grow in dynamic investment environment and direct exposure to senior team. Position will be based in Warsaw.
Our requirements:
- University degree (at least Bachelor, preferably a Master in finance/ economics)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in: private debt fund/ private equity, leverage finance, corporate finance/valuations/ DD, investment banking/ M&A or strategic advisory
- Advanced financial modelling skills
- General knowledge of debt/ leverage investment/ structures
- Very good command of Polish and English, other regional language will be an advantage
- CFA, ACCA, CIMA will be an advantage
