CVI supported restructuring processes, financed completion / upgrade of generation and distribution assets as well as provided financing of working capital needs to companies active in generation and co-generation, distribution and sale of electricity, heat and natural gas.

Deep industry know how, understanding of local regulatory and tariff regimes, technological requirements and business needs of energy players allowed CVI to conduct several dozen due diligence processes of projects across Central Europe. Projects ranged from single generation assets (including photovoltaic and wind farms) to vertically and horizontally integrated energy service providers.
