Financial services is a key industry of focus for CVI. Over the past few years, we supported a full spectrum of companies from the financial services industry including banks, NPL companies, mutual funds, investment funds, consumer finance, SME finance, or factoring focused businesses.

We provide financing not only at the holding company level but also at single fund or portfolio levels. While our investments are generally senior secured, they also include both unsecured and multi-dimensional secured bonds with complex legal structures. We have invested in companies with relatively short history experiencing rapid growth and others that were already well established.
