The Imperial Capital Group is carrying out 12 property development projects in Kraków, at various stages of progress, which will enable the construction of approximately 3,000 residential units with a total usable floor area of approximately 160,000 m². The company specialises not only in traditional property development activities – including land acquisition, construction and the sale of residential units – but also in the preparation and development of land for future projects.

Purpose of the financing:

The financing was provided for the following purposes: refinancing, the acquisition of land for two projects, and general corporate purposes.
