The fund is preparing Krosno Glass for sale

“We were convinced to invest in Krosno Glass for two main reasons. First, its very strong export position—the company has a globally recognized 100-year-old brand and has maintained long-term relationships with many clients for decades. Second, it possesses unique assets. Krosno Glass is one of the few companies in the world capable of large-scale production of high-quality, handcrafted glass products and is among the top 10 global manufacturers of utility glass,” said Paweł Jacel, CFA, Partner at CVI, as quoted in the article.
