Impact of diversity on company performance
During the conference “Impact of Diversity on Company Performance” we discussed when diversity truly translates into better decision-making and stronger organisational resilience.
The panel featured Marcin Leja (CVI) and Iwona Pik (Krosno Glass S.A.). Key takeaway: diverse perspectives drive performance when they are connected by trust, a shared purpose, and true partnership. Because diversity is not only about gender—it also includes roles and different ways of looking at the business.
CVI’s participation in the event is part of our broader commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace across the financial sector. Last year, we joined 30% Club Poland, supporting initiatives that increase women’s representation on management boards and supervisory boards. For the past three years, we have also been developing Pathfinder, a programme for female students interested in private debt and private equity.
