We’re launching the 3rd edition of the Pathfinder Program, dedicated to female students in economics-related fields (2nd–5th year), who are interested in finance and want to explore what working in the world of private debt and private equity looks like.

Pathfinder is a week spent side by side with the CVI investment team. Through a job shadowing format, participants get a hands-on look at the day-to-day life in an investment fund, including:

• Credit and investment analysis
• Meetings with investors and company executives
• Investment Committee sessions
• Projects related to ESG, law and compliance

The program offers practical experience, helps participants make informed career decisions, and provides an opportunity to build valuable industry connections.

Pathfinder was created as part of CVI’s sustainability strategy, based on our belief that more women in investments means greater strength and a broader range of perspectives.
