We remain committed to our ESG initiatives, including various partnerships and the Pathfinder program

In 2025, CVI continued to strengthen its ESG and climate risk analysis across the investment process, in line with its ESG strategy for 2025–2027, embedding these considerations as a core element of investment decision-making and portfolio management. At the same time, CVI continued to build the RAIF II fund’s portfolio in compliance with Article 8 of the SFDR, promoting selected environmental and social characteristics. We also launched the Growth Fund which in which one of the main investment themes is sustainability.

CVI’s commitment to responsible investment is further demonstrated by the four-star rating received in the UN PRI 2024 assessment, reflecting the maturity of its ESG practices and their effective integration into investment processes.

Investment activities were complemented by social and partnership initiatives. In 2025, CVI delivered the third edition of the Pathfinder programme, supporting the professional development of female economics students in private debt and private equity. To date, the programme has involved 13 female participants, five of whom participated in 2025.

In parallel, CVI strengthened its engagement in sustainable development and responsible finance by joining PolSIF, the 30% Club Poland and PCAF. Participation in these initiatives supports the continued development of ESG capabilities and best practices, particularly in sustainability integration, diversity, and the measurement and reporting of the investment portfolio’s carbon footprint.
