Transaction in focus: Lemon Gym
Lemon Gym is one of the biggest fitness chains in all three Baltic States. The Group operates 32 clubs across two segments: full service gyms under the Impuls brand and budget gyms under the Lemon brand. It plans to significantly expand its coverage over the coming years under its new private equity owner Longevity Fund managed by Aggressive Capital.
CVI invested and plans to invest up to EUR 22 million to support the Group in its growth efforts.
Transaction in focus: Diagnomatic
Diagnomatic is a family-owned company based in Chełm, Poland, specializing in advanced solutions for quality control of diagnostic imaging devices. The company develops and manufactures innovative tools to ensure the performance and reliability of equipment such as X-ray systems, MRI scanners, CT machines, mammography units, and ultrasound devices.
The transaction involves providing financing to support the management buyout of shares, as well as the refinancing of outstanding bank debt.
Transaction in focus: Aquafilter
Aquafilter is a Polish producer and distributor of water filtration systems and components. The Group’s product range includes filter housings, filter cartridges, filtration systems with and without pumps and accessories. Aquafilter Europe operates in European, Middle Eastern, and global markets, exporting about 90% of its production.
The funds from the transaction will be allocated to executing a management buyout as well as covering working capital and CAPEX needs of the Group.
Transaction in focus: Quanta Energy
Quanta Energy S.A., part of the R.Power Group, is a leading partner in the energy transformation for Polish and European companies. The Company operates in Poland, Germany, Italy, Slovakia, Romania, Czech Republic, and Serbia, focusing on EPC/Turnkey solutions and Energy-as-a-Service models. The Company delivers behind-the-meter solar installations for major clients such as Stellantis, Audi, Jeronimo Martins, and Volkswagen.
The transaction involves providing financing to complete the construction of a 24.4 MW photovoltaic (PV) installation located in Trnava, Slovakia. The proceeds will be used alongside financing provided already by a major Polish commercial bank.
