We are pleased to announce several promotions within the CVI investment team, reflecting the expertise, dedication and contributions of our colleagues, as well as CVI’s commitment to developing talent from within the organisation.

Effective July 2026, Elżbieta Winnik has been promoted to Investment Director, while Przemysław Polowczyk and Maciej Górecki have been promoted to Investment Manager roles.

These promotions reflect not only individual achievements but also the strength of CVI’s culture of professional development, collaboration and long-term growth. We are proud to see our colleagues continue to progress within the organisation and take on new responsibilities.
