Business Insider has featured one of our latest transactions, completed by CVI in cooperation with the Polish Development Fund (PFR) – the acquisition of the renowned German manufacturer of candles, fragrance, and decorative products, Gala Group, by the Polish family-owned Trend Group.

Poles have bought a manufacturer with half a century of tradition” the transaction is presented within the broader context of a growing trend – the rapidly increasing activity of Polish companies in foreign markets. This is a clear signal that domestic enterprises are becoming increasingly confident in building their position in the demanding markets of Western Europe, with access to working capital emerging as a key element of international expansion strategies.
