Rafał Lis is taking part in the Tabelaofert TALKS conference, a special edition titled “The Future Starts Today – 25 Years and What Comes Next?”

During the discussion, he will address one of the key questions facing the real estate market: how to finance the sector’s further growth. The role of private debt in supporting residential investment in Central Europe will also serve as an important point of reference, particularly amid increasing capital selectivity, a changing macroeconomic environment, and the growing importance of alternative sources of financing.
