Rafal Lis and Pawel Jacel at Family Business Forum 2026

Rafal Lis, Managing Partner and Pawel Jacel, Partner, will discuss the role of private debt in the growth of family businesses and wealth management at the Family Business Forum 2026.

The event will take place on 29 September at Pałac Mała Wieś and will focus on the key challenges facing family businesses from succession and financing growth to wealth management and long-term investment strategies.

Rafal Lis will take part in the “Wealth Management” panel, focusing on private debt funds as part of a family wealth investment strategy. The discussion will explore how private debt investments can support portfolio diversification and generate stable income.

Pawel Jacel, CFA will participate in the “Capital” panel, where he will focus on private debt as a response to the financing gap. The discussion will cover, among other topics, the impact of increasingly stringent capital requirements on corporate financing structures and the growing role of private debt funds as an alternative source of financing for family businesses.

At CVI, we see these two areas as naturally interconnected. Private debt can address both the needs of entrepreneurs seeking flexible capital to support growth and those of investors looking to diversify their portfolios and gain access to alternative sources of income.

We are pleased to have the opportunity to discuss the role of private debt with entrepreneurs and family business owners.
