Private debt became particularly important when eFaktor was ready to move into its next phase of growth and needed additional capital to scale the business.
For eFaktor, the key advantages of private debt have been a strong understanding of its business model, an efficient financing process and, above all, flexibility a critical factor for a fast-growing company.
“Private debt was the only option that allowed us to take the business to the next stage of growth. We needed additional liquidity to make that next step,” says Piotr Gąsiorowski.
