From May 13th to 17th, we had the pleasure of hosting four students from economic universities at the CVI office as part of the second edition of the Pathfinder program.

During five intensive days, the students participated in:

• 8 internal training sessions covering topics such as CVI’s investment process, the private debt and private equity markets, ratings, ESG, and more.
• 5 business meetings with portfolio companies and their advisors.
• 3 Investment Committee sessions.
• 3 private debt case study presentations.
• Individual mentoring sessions with dedicated mentors.
• 3 lunches, providing an opportunity to integrate with the entire CVI team.
