Marcin Leja at the Corporate Bonds Congress

Marcin Leja, CEO of CVI, will take part in the Corporate Bonds Congress organized by CEETA, to be held on November 5–6, 2025, at the Hotel Bristol in Warsaw.

During the discussion panel titled “What Determines the Success and Attractiveness of Corporate Bond Issues? Professionals Discuss – Both Issuers and Investors”, experts will share their experiences and insights on the key factors influencing the success of bond issuances and investor interest in this market segment.

In the context of discussions on the attractiveness of bond issues, the private debt segment takes on particular significance — a part of the corporate bond market focused on direct company financing based on credit risk. Unlike traditional government bond funds, which primarily focus on interest rate movements and yield curve changes, private debt funds offer investors the opportunity to earn a higher credit risk premium by financing less liquid, individually structured debt instruments.

The growing interest in this form of financing indicates that private debt is becoming an increasingly important complement to the corporate bond market and a significant source of capital for business growth.
