Funds managed by CVI subscribed for the Series B bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 54 million, issued on 24 June 2026 by GPM Vindexus Niestandaryzowany Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Wierzytelności, managed by Mebis Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.

The private debt financing will be used to finance the acquisition of the Series X2 bonds issued by Giełda Praw Majątkowych “Vindexus” S.A., as well as the issuer’s ongoing operations.

Funds managed by CVI act as bondholders in the transaction, while CVI Trust serves as the security agent.

Legal advice to the bondholders was provided by act legal Poland. CVI Trust was advised by Invest Legal Dubyk, Kędzierski Kancelaria Prawna sp.k.
