Funds co-managed by CVI have provided private debt financing to REGESTA S.A., one of Poland’s leading independent logistics operators.

The financing was raised through a bond issuance and will support REGESTA’s key growth initiatives, working capital needs and further expansion of the Group’s operating scale.
