Financing for Hopa Park

Financing for Hopa Park

CVI has provided financing to Hopa Park to support the company’s next phase of growth and expansion in Poland.

Hopa Park operates in the Family Entertainment Center segment, with a scalable business model built around the rollout of new locations. The sector is benefiting from evolving leisure habits, growing demand for experience-led entertainment, and increasing interest in modern, family-oriented concepts.

The financing will support Hopa Park’s continued expansion across Poland, including the opening of additional locations and the further development of its network.

“We see the Family Entertainment Center segment as particularly attractive from the perspective of long-term consumer trends. In a world increasingly shaped by technology and AI, we are especially interested in business models built around real-life experiences that cannot be replicated digitally. FECs also address a very tangible need to encourage children to stay active and engage in physical activity.

– Hopa Park combines these structural trends with a scalable business model and a clear strategy for further growth. We are pleased to support the company as it enters the next stage of its expansion – says Elżbieta Winnik, Investment Director at CVI, who led the transaction.

The transaction is another example of how private debt can provide flexible growth capital to ambitious Polish companies.

The CVI team working on the transaction included: Marcin Leja, Elżbieta Winnik, Adrianna Lipiec and Mateusz Stryczek.

Thank you to everyone involved in the transaction. We look forward to seeing Hopa Park continue to grow and expand its presence in the Polish market.
