Private debt fund managed by CVI has provided PLN 20 million in financing to Halo Rental System sp. z o.o. As part of the transaction, the fund will acquire a 25% stake in the company.

Halo Rental System develops a technology platform for the commercial vehicle market, integrating financing, vehicle use and fleet management. The financing proceeds will support the company’s further growth, including the expansion of its technology platform, the digitalisation of fleet management processes, the development of vehicle-sharing services, the application of data and artificial intelligence in customer services, and international expansion.

The transaction is aligned with CVI’s strategy of financing mid-sized companies with scalable business models. An additional strength of Halo Rental System is its use of advanced technology to develop its services and improve operational efficiency.
