A fund managed by CVI provided financing to Pro-Project Group sp. z o.o., the owner of the Diagnomatic brand, a Polish company operating in the specialised segment of quality control for diagnostic imaging equipment. The transaction enabled the buyout of shares and the refinancing of existing debt, while also creating room for further business development.

Headquartered in Lublin, Pro-Project Group sp. z o.o. designs and manufactures advanced solutions used for testing, calibration and quality control of medical imaging systems in dentistry, radiography, fluoroscopy, angiography, mammography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, nuclear medicine, radiotherapy and ultrasonography. The company’s products are sold in markets worldwide.

“We see Pro-Project Group sp. z o.o. as a company with strong fundamentals, global sales potential, a diversified customer base and products that address real needs in the medical market. This is an example that fits well with CVI’s investment strategy of providing flexible financing to ambitious companies in Europe,” said Paweł Jacel, Partner at CVI.
