We are pleased to announce that, as of July, Elżbieta Winnik has been promoted to Investment Director at CVI.

Ela joined CVI in 2022 as an Associate and has since continued to develop her expertise as an Investment Manager. Prior to joining the company, she gained experience, among others, at EY, where she worked in advisory, combining broad transaction knowledge with a practical understanding of the needs of entrepreneurs and investors.

Since the beginning of her career at CVI, Ela has also been involved in organizing the Pathfinder programme, which aims to support female students interested in pursuing careers in the investment industry. She herself is a strong example of how talent, ambition, passion, consistency, and commitment enable women to advance to increasingly senior roles in this sector.
