€16 million for InteRo Property Development

CVI provided €16 million in private debt financing to leading Romanian developer InteRo Property Development. The funds will be used to complete the construction of the luxury Pajurei 3 Residence project in Bucharest and refinance another investment.

Pajurei 3 Residence will consist of 160 apartments, 60% of which have already been sold in the first phase. The project meets the nZEB standard and is in the process of obtaining BREEAM Excellent certification. The total investment amounts to €65 million, with construction expected to be completed by July 2026.

“We appreciate CVI’s efficient and collaborative approach, whose experience and professionalism played a key role in the successful execution of this transaction,” said Michael Topolinski III, Founder and CEO of InteRo Property Development.

The Romanian market demonstrates a high demand for private debt financing. Large developers, industrial and technology companies seek funding ranging from €8 to €20 million. Banks are less willing to provide loans, limiting access to capital. CVI fills this gap by offering flexible euro-denominated financing, tailored to the individual needs and specifics of mid-sized companies in the Central and Eastern European region.
