Debt Alert. Credit and Capital Markets Overview
Another publication on private debt in Central Europe confirms the growing interest in this asset class among both companies seeking financing and investors.
We are pleased to recommend the report Debt Alert: Credit and Capital Markets Overview. Summary of data for the second half of 2025, current trends and the outlook for 2026, prepared by EY Parthenon.
In the commentary contributed to the report by CVI’s team of experts, we highlight, among other things:
• the growing role of private debt as a permanent component of the corporate financing landscape, complementing both bank financing and private equity capital,
• sustained strong demand for growth financing, including CAPEX, M&A and working capital,
• increasingly broad cooperation between banks and private debt funds in hybrid structures,
• growing interest in this asset class among private equity sponsors and institutional investors,
• ongoing sector diversification across transactions.
We are pleased to see private debt receiving increasing attention in Poland, and we are glad to have once again contributed to a report dedicated to this market. As a private debt leader in Central Europe, we appreciate that the discussion around this form of financing and investing is becoming increasingly mature.
