CVI Investor Day 2026
The second edition of CVI Investor Day has now concluded – an investor meeting dedicated to the development of the private debt market, the performance of the funds we manage, fundraising and the role of private capital in the Central European economy.
The turnout was impressive. We hosted more than 100 guests representing institutional and private investors, as well as business partners.
The event was opened by Rafał Lis, who highlighted CVI’s pioneering role in building the private debt market in Central Europe, the growing scale of our business, and the importance of institutional capital and pension funds for the continued development of this asset class.
Gabriela Kindert discussed the evolution of the market, pointing to the growing diversity of financing structures, the broadening investor base and the increasing importance of private wealth, cooperation with banks and solutions that improve access to private debt investments.
Marcin Leja presented the growth outlook for Central Europe and the strengths of CVI’s investment model. He emphasised the importance of local presence, close relationships with entrepreneurs and the sponsorless investment model.
The section dedicated to fund performance and fundraising was led by Radoslav Tausinger, who discussed the investor structure of CVI Private Debt Fund II, which is twice the size of Fund I, as well as the investments and exits completed to date.
The agenda also included transaction case studies presented by CVI’s investment team: Paweł Jacel, Magdalena Śniegocka, Piotr Gocłowski, Adam Rzepecki and Marcin Leja.
Participants also heard a discussion led by Elżbieta Winnik with Dawid Wróbel from Gala Group – a company acquired by Trend Glass as part of the largest private debt financing completed by CVI in 2025.
The event concluded with a conversation between Radoslav Tausinger and Francesco Battazzi from EIF, a long-standing investor in funds managed by CVI.
Thank you to all participants for joining us.
