CVI at 30% Club Poland’s 5th anniversary

CVI at 30% Club Poland’s 5th anniversary

We support 30% Club Poland because we share the same values. A strong belief in the importance of diversity in the financial sector and the need to create conditions that empower women at every stage of their professional development.

The campaign’s fifth anniversary provided an excellent opportunity to reflect on the progress made so far and to discuss the challenges that still lie ahead for the Polish capital market.

CVI was represented at the anniversary event by Rafał Lis, Managing Partner, who took part in the panel discussion “Financial Freedom and Independent Decision-Making in Corporate Governance”. The discussion focused on the importance of financial independence, diversity and the role of independent voices on management and supervisory boards. It also highlighted how diverse perspectives contribute to more in-depth debate, better-informed decisions and a long-term approach to organisational development.

The event was also attended by a strong contingent from CVI: Dorota Dubyk, Jarosław Mizak, Anna Kaska, Anna Pawluk-Grau and Jolanta Turek, ESG Director, who represents CVI in 30% Club Poland and was involved in organising the event.

We congratulate the 30% Club Poland team on five years of sustained efforts and wish the campaign continued success in achieving its goal of increasing the representation of women on the management and supervisory boards of the largest listed companies to at least 30% by 2030.
