The Grand Final of the 21st edition of the Capital Market Leaders Academy, organised by the Lesław A. Paga Foundation in partnership with CVI, has concluded.

CVI was represented at the event by Elżbieta Winnik, Investment Director, and Paweł Jacel, CFA, Partner at CVI. As alumni of the 11th and 3rd editions of the Academy, respectively, they hosted the final event and shared their experience with the next generation of participants.

Elżbieta Winnik also served as a mentor to one of the five teams that presented the results of several weeks of analysis, report preparation and in-depth work during the final. Each team had eight minutes to present its recommendations and win over the jury.

We are pleased that, as a partner of the Academy, we can support an initiative that develops the knowledge, skills and leadership capabilities of young people interested in the capital market. Elżbieta’s and Paweł’s involvement also demonstrates the value of building a long-term relationship with the programme from participating in its previous editions to actively supporting the next generation of market leaders.
