CVI PRIVATE DEBT FUND II S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF
Investment policy:
The Fund is dedicated to institutional investors and private investors with significant financial resources, the minimum investment is EUR 1 million. The Fund’s investment policy focuses on debt financing for companies in the Central Europe (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia).
The Fund is a product referred to in Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 27, 2019 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (the “SFDR Regulation). This financial product promotes environmental or social characteristics, but does not have a sustainable investments objective.
