CVI’s solutions suit well financing needs of project in their early stage, including land bank acquisition or equity injection for complex group structures. In addition, CVI can provide project financing to companies that were rejected by banks due to high leverage or lack of collateral on tangible assets. Since inception we have invested in 220 real estate private debt transactions for a total PLN 2.3 bn consideration.
