How will ESG principles impact investment security?
Jolanta Turek, PhD, ESG Director at CVI, published an article in “Parkiet” where she explores the impact of social, environmental, and governance (ESG) factors on investment strategies and the security of private debt investments.
The financial sector is preparing to collect and report ESG data in compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
ESG criteria help investors assess how companies manage their environmental and social impact as well as their governance practices. These criteria positively influence the security, stability, and predictability of businesses.
CVI is one of the first Polish signatories of the Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI). Since 2019, the company has applied ESG criteria at every stage of the investment process, reducing potential risks and increasing the resilience of investments to market changes.
