As part of our ESG strategy, we are committed to educating ambitious women and supporting their career development in the private debt and private equity industries.
Why are we doing this?
Because women still represent a clear minority in investment positions, and the higher the level, the worse the representation becomes. While 48% of entry-level positions are held by women, only 17% advance to executive roles.
We encourage female students of economics and finance to boldly embark on their career paths and, under the guidance of an experienced mentor, gain firsthand insight into the daily work of fund management. Through the Pathfinder program, participants benefit from mentoring and support in planning their careers after graduation, while the industry gains talented professionals!
