We have completed the recruitment process for the Pathfinder 2025 program. We are excited to announce that five female students will soon join our team to gain hands-on experience in a private debt fund under the guidance of mentors for a week.

A few highlights from this year’s recruitment:

• This year, we received a record number of high-quality applications, which we are thrilled about, as it reflects the growing interest among women in pursuing careers in finance.

• Due to the high level of interest, we increased the number of spots in the program from 4 to 5!

• The majority of applications came from students based in Warsaw (67%).

• Most applicants are currently in their second or third year of undergraduate studies.

• The most represented universities were: SGH Warsaw School of Economics (50%), University of Warsaw (13%), Kozminski University (7%), and Poznań University of Economics and Business (7%).

• The selected finalists are students from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Kozminski University, Poznań University of Economics and Business, and… the University of Vienna!
