To address this, we are expanding investment vehicles such as the CVI Ipopema RE Debt FIZAN fund, which specializes in private debt financing for the development sector. In less than four years, the fund has accumulated over PLN 400 million in assets, enabling investors to achieve strong and consistent returns through effective credit risk management.
