Developmental barriers resulting from limited access to financing affect many companies, especially mid-sized enterprises. An alternative for them is private debt – private debt financing.

“In 2024, we financed approximately 40 transactions with a total value exceeding 250 million euros. This year, we intend to roughly double that amount, and the number of transactions will depend on the extent to which we start executing larger investments. We already have over 1 billion PLN available for investment, and we plan to secure at least another billion” says Rafał Lis, Managing Partner at CVI, in an article published on a business portal XYZ.
