Magdalena Śniegocka, Principal at CVI, participated in the panel discussion titled “Career paths in M&A and the capital market – perspectives and challenges.” The discussion took place as part of an event organized by WOM&AN, Association for Women in M&A.

The first part of the event provided an opportunity to discuss expectations regarding the activity of companies and funds in the investment market in Poland in 2025, as well as the conditions for further development of local capital markets. The second part of the meeting focused on a discussion about the key competencies sought in capital markets in today’s dynamically changing environment.
