Elżbieta Winnik, Investment Manager at CVI, took part in the panel discussion “Women in Finance: Succeeding in the Capital Market Without Losing Yourself”, organized as part of the Private Equity Academy.

The aim of the event was to present students and graduates of economics-related fields with success stories of women working in the financial industry.

In her speech, Elżbieta emphasized that the key to building a career in investments lies in continuously expanding one’s knowledge across various areas of finance, as this deepens the understanding of investment fundamentals. She also highlighted the importance of maintaining a healthy perspective and balance in a demanding professional environment. Successes and failures are an inseparable part of this path, which is why she draws daily inspiration from sports – a field that teaches how to cope with setbacks and turn them into future victories.
