We are happy to share that CVI has been nominated for the for PSIK, the Polish Private Equity & Venture Capital Association Awards 2025 in two categories:

Deal of the Year:
CVI exit from the leading bake-off producer in Poland – NOWEL Sp. z o.o., was nominated for Transaction of the Year Award. CVI invested in a minority stake in 2016 and supported the Nowel’s dynamic growth, including over PLN 800 million invested in organic expansion. Over the holding period, company’s revenue grew sixfold and EBITDA increased elevenfold. On exit, CVI delivered an 8x CoC return and nearly 30% IRR.

House of the Year:
CVI activity in the last year was recognised since we were nominated to the House of the Year Award, In 2024, CVI executed 46 private debt transactions with a total value of EUR 250 million. Since inception, CVI has completed 760 transactions worth EUR 3 billion. We also launched fundraising for our second institutional private debt fund, with the latest closing at EUR 181 million (target: EUR 300 million). Additionally, we continued to invest in talent and inclusion through the second edition of our Pathfinder program for female students.
