Elżbieta Winnik and Pawel Jacel, CFA, were speakers at the Capital Market Leaders Academy organized by the Lesław A. Paga Foundation. For Elżbieta and Pawel, this was a special event, as both are alumni of the Academy and were delighted to return as lecturers.

The experts delivered a lecture on private debt, discussing the dynamic growth of the market in recent years, promising prospects for the future, and the similarities and differences between private debt and private equity investments. To conclude, they prepared a case study that allowed participants to step into the role of investment advisors and analyze a project from the perspective of private debt investment.
