CVI finances mobile / cable operators, 3/4P players, optic fiber owners / operators. CVI provided mid- to long-term Senior, Junior and Mezzanine debt financing to several large and mid-sized telco companies in order to fund capex, M&A, recapitalization, refinancing or working capital needs.
Over the years CVI conducted due diligence of many telco providers in CEE emphasizing mainly on revenue predictability, ARPU stability, competitive landscape, growth prospects, future capex requirements and operating efficiencies. Due to embedded stability of the operating cash flows a higher degree of leverage and / or flexibility could be achieved.
